May Hill Farm, on the edge of the drumlin region in the heart of Eastern Wisconsin is owned and operated by Joe and Carrie Stevens alongside their three children. At our farm, we’re committed to regenerative farming practices that prioritize the health of our land and livestock. Our heritage breed hogs, born and raised on-site, are fed a non-GMO diet to produce exceptionally flavorful pork. We raise our cattle on pasture from spring to fall and feed them hay during Wisconsin winters. Our meat chickens, raised on lush pastures and non-GMO feed, will be available in the fall of 2024. We take great pride in humanely raising our livestock while enriching our soil, and our customers often rave about the remarkable flavor of our meats. We ship on the first and third Monday of each month in a thermal lined shipping container packed with dry ice and/or ice packages to ensure your product arrives still frozen.
